It was followed by pacific northwest, kayaking, and whale watching which isn't as highly ranked as Anacortes. This site has been set up to chronicle the Dehn Wind Turbine project on Guemes Island. The project was part of a workshop by Solar Energy International, SEI, the first week of May, 2007. Tuesday, May 8, 2007. I plan on using this site to chronicle my experience with a small wind turbine installed at my Guemes. The turbine was installed as part of a week long SEI. Northwest coordinator, Ian Woofenden. Ian is also the Senior Editor for Homepower.
